What is a commercial fit-out?
A commercial fit-out is the process of making a commercial space ready for use. We handle the design and the core engineering - strip-out, electrical, mechanical, lighting and data - for offices, retail units and industrial spaces.
What's the difference between Cat A and Cat B fit-out?
Cat A delivers a functional but blank space (basic services and lighting), while Cat B fits it out to the occupier's specific requirements. We deliver the design and the M&E across both, coordinating other trades where needed.
Do you handle the M&E as part of the fit-out?
Yes - as an M&E contractor we self-deliver the electrical and mechanical works at the core of the fit-out, so it's coordinated and accountable rather than subcontracted out.
